Raise top pair?

Considering only the preflop stats (not sure how reliable AF and Aggression Frequency are with those samples) I can't see a reason for raising a passive villain with tptk on that board, after he lead 2/3 (?) pot, in such dry board, vs 2 opponents. In my mind, he has 6X as a value hand, a couple of worst pairs and worst KX and A-high as bluff. So calling is fine, IMHO. We have a good hand and, in case he is bluffing, we want he continuing with all his garbage.

Turn is a blank, so it doesn't change much. I don't like calling another big bet here vs passive villain without any reads or some kind of plan. I guess I could call here and fold to another big bet OTR or simply fold right away (is this really an option?).
That blank river vs 1/2 is close I guess. I'm calling here vs an aggressive villain or a regular, but vs a passive one/recreational, considering the action since the flop, I don't know. Probably not.

I believe you played fine the hand. If he Donk Bet like 50% or lower i think you could consider a small raise, but given the sizing call is better without any draw.

Seems alright and this way you keep his weaker hands in his range as well or you have reads he could over play a Kx hand post-flop.

This reminds me a hand Phil Galfond played against a recreational on high-stakes poker series.
If I can recall, he had AK on a similar situation and a recreational decided to triple donkbet against him. Don't know if the positions were the same though. He called twice and raised the river for value. Villain did fold.

You should cbet your entire range when checked to with a small size.
Flop is a mix strategy between calls and raises when he bets. You should be raising any 6x, Kx hand and small PP, like 22-55 (more for protection and because you have a clear advantage).
Turn is a call as played. BB size doesn't make sense. The 2♥: is the most blank you can get here, so just let him bet all his junk.
He should definitely check the river and you have a clear shove for value after he triple donks. This seems excessive but makes a lot of sense. He doesn't have AA or KK. His value combos are hands like 65s, 76s, 64s.

You are not capped at all by calling donk bets and your range remains the same for the entire hand in terms of mid-strong hands.
