Well you need to call 11.33bb for pot of 31.66bb. So equity needed is 11.33 / 31.66 * 100 = 35.8%

You can assume to have 9 flush outs and 6 straight outs so 15 outs which mean around 32 or bit over equity, I checked with equilab and its 34% versus hand like AhQh that wont block any outs. So calling will be bit minus EV unless villain sometimes has weaker hand as semibluff but that is unlikely.

Its rare to face shove there but well played. In flop its nice to look for check-raise and I would have bet as well on turn. You can bet bit bigger and call unlikely shove but not much difference in big picture.

Well its valid note but at same time getting raised on turn is pretty rare and its nice to have such hand in turn bet range imo. After all you have lot of made hands that want to bet for value and protection. There are lot of bad rivers after all.

yep c/r flop and b/c turn with this sizing is -ev. That's why you want to bet bigger on the turn because your value hands need protection anyway. If you bet bigger you need less equity to call and therefore b/c is +ev.
