3-bet 3-way pots are an area I haven't done a lot of work on to be honest. Feel like I don't c-bet enough and will run some sims in the future.
In this particular spot I started with a check as this is clearly not a good board for my range. I also have to worry about SB who I am very deep with. Him folding is great for me and makes the hand much easier to play. Raising is preferable to calling as I'm doing well equity-wise against UTG's stack-off range but lack nutted runouts which could make future streets tricky.

This is perhaps an ususual line for some as I opted to just flat a 4-bet with AA when I had the chance to get my stack in pre-flop. The problem is the 4-bettor is a very tight player and I have no reason to assume he has anything other than the remaining two aces in the deck, particularly at this stack depth. SB typically has a hand that is doing well against a range of AA vs. AA, i.e. double or even single-suited rundowns. So a pre-flop allin often leaves you with 30% equity in these spots. Calling also has the added benefit of disguising my hand.
On the flop I have the nuts as they would never fast-play JJ/KK/KJ like that.

Getting raised on the turn is not great with this much money behind. But I have the second nuts and there definitely worse hands in CO's range, such as TT, KK, or hands that have picked up a flush draw. And the fact that I'm just calling BB's bet on a draw-heavy board should make CO's range even wider. Unfortunately I'm not holding a J or Q blocker but on the other hand I'm unblocking hearts. CO should fold the flop but I like the turn shove actually as he has the very best blockers.

Don't be afraid to play the second nuts and value-bet strongly is the lesson here I guess. Opponent is loose so raising the turn is a must at 200bb deep. To maximise value I bet the river for full pot as well.

Squeezing these type of hands (double-suited ace with three connected sidecards) is a huge moneymaker in these games. On the flop there is no point in betting as I have a lot of good runouts but would have to fold to a check-raise. The deuce on the turn doesn't improve anyone and my hand is now strong enough to commit and to maximise fold equity I bet full pot. The river I have to call off obviously.

This is a flop where the solver wants the PFR to check his entire range so the very best hands such as top set have to be included as well. I can't recreate the exact situation but heads-up at 100bb stack depth it then check raises this particular hand. But here we are three way and very deep. I suspect my backup is not strong enough here to raise immediately. Calling also keeps our ranges wide and I'll very often get a second barrel from BTN. I noticed this a lot, that players don't give you credit for strong holdings when you check as PFR oop.
On the turn I could call again on such a dry board but the SPR is still higher than 7 and I want to get my whole stack in. Also the fact that my opponent pots indicates a very strong hand as well that will continue against a raise. The king on the river is not the greatest card (at least I block T9) but with this little money behind checking to induce bluffs doesn't make much sense so I rather bet myself to get called by two pairs. Not sure what my opponent had that invest this much money only to fold to a 1/3 bet on the river.

Looking back I wasn't sure about either player's choice with an SPR of 9 but the solver seems to back it. The 3-bettor is supposed to do a lot of potting on these rainbow disconnected boards and having a wrap and the backdoor NFD certainly fits the bill. My hand seems to prefer getting it in as well. Though I suspect if I made my opponent's range more aces-heavy and thus reducing my fold equity (which I think is realistic) calling is the superior play.

Opponent plays 20/17/5. On this flop he should do a fair amount of checking back to protect his equity. Leading is an option for me but I decided against it not having a single diamond. Turn card gives me the nuts and I decided to call again as raising looks very strong and would make my opponent fold the majority of his hands. On the river I think shoving is better than checking. I suspect he is going to check back hands as strong as AJ and I think it's optimistic to expect a hand such as AA with diamonds to bluff off and I lose too much value by checking.
I've plugged the hand into the solver as well. First of all we're supposed to lead a big part of our range on the flop (around 40% actually) including my actual holding. Not surprisingly opponent's hand should be checked back 100% of the time. Neither player has an equity advantage on this board and not blocking diamonds or any cards on the board makes protecting his (showdown) equity a priority. The only combos of his holding that want to bet here are the ones with the nutflush draw. Even the J high draw is checking back.
That looks like priniting money to me. Insane Job.

Hard to say. I hadn't really played much at all during the last year due to other commitments (specifically sports betting) and fading interest. The emersion of the solvers got me hooked again and I watched a lot of Jnandez' videos and also played around with Monkersolver myself to identify patterns. It is often said that PLO is a post-flop game but I see so many bad plays (as in far away from GTO) from regulars pre, such as calling too much in high-rake environments, squeezing single-suited rundowns or 3-betting any double-suited trash to name a few. I'd say my preflop game is very good (and tighter than the field) which limits the mistakes you can make postflop because your ranges are not completely out of whack. That's what I meant be foundations. Also I see a lot of other players not value-betting enough (or rather not strongly enough). Potting is very much a thing with the nuts for example.

Not so sure about my play here. Both of my opponents are heavily capped here after they just check the flop, with JJ/TT/TJ pretty much absent from their ranges. Particularly CO is almost always on a draw with maybe one pair here. Which is why I decided to shove. And finally, the biggest pot of the challenge so far. Would love to see a breakdown of the math here which can surely only be an approximation due to the number of players involved, the different stack sizes and the make up of their ranges. Having a double-suited rundown against (presumably) high-card heavy ranges is certainly a good starting point for a potential multi-way allin preflop but there is high-chance both of my flush draws are dominated. I feel my calling of the short stack's 4-bet is the critical decision here as I cannot fold anymore after that. Flopping the nuts helps obviously.

BB cold 4bet is pretty interesting, especially versus shortstack UTG open and a 3bet. You are deep with original 3bettor, with hand that has domination issues a lot. I wouldn't call that 4bet as SB can get over the top and then you have to play a big sidepot as an underdog.
I love BB's min-4-bet with KQ74ss. Actually I called the 5-bet, not the 4-bet. Doesn't change anything though. I agree with you though that I probably should have folded.

Very good example of a flop where the 3-bettor should pot a significant part of his range. As a (very) general rule you should pot/call all your aces on rainbow, disconnected boards that miss your opponents range (T53, 942, J62 etc.) when you at least have a backdoor flush draw.

Just couldn't put my opponent on a better hand here. AA is highly unlikely given preflop (and flop) action and the fact there is only one combination left in the deck. KK makes sense but also has to be somewhat discounted as he didn't raise my flop c-bet. On the other hand it is hard to think of a worse value hand he could call my river raise with so pretty sure the GTO play is to just call. I guess I decided that his value range is so thin and I pretty much always have the nuts here that I should raise and let him find a random hand he can call with.

Without any backup my hand is definitely not strong enough to get it in on the flop, so I call. I think on the turn shoving is best as there are lot of draws (and worse tens) out there now that will stack off. Solver wants me to come over the top on the flop but in reality players don't lead anywhere near as often as they should in this spot according to GTO, making the range I'm facing here significantly stronger. I suspect I'm mostly up against QQ/JJ, QJ with backup or something like AKQT here.
I pickup the nut flush draw on the turn and unsurprisingly the solver wants to shove again. But against the range I assigned CO I only have around 42% equity. Just enough to get it in probably but that doesn't mean it's the highest EV play. Rivers are very easy to play for me as I'll have a very clearly idea of where I'm at on most cards and my opponent will make more mistakes than I will (I could even get paid off on a diamond as the backdoor flush draw is somewhat disguised). A deuce and four would be a bit tricky facing a third barrel and I could consider bluffing on a K, T or 9. Other than that it's a question of making my hand or not and I have no problem folding on a blank even having invested so much money already.
