AF doesn't mean anything. his line is nutty (not shoving right away is very strong in practice), but whatever...
i know i'm never gonna fold, so i would snapcall and not worry about it. yes, it's probably jacks, but you see KK+ every once in a while, or who knows... "objectively speaking" you don't fold hands this strong in this spot in a 3bet pot, though admittedly the opponent isn't playing "objectively" either.

I don't think I can fold this. AA/KK will check this flop as preflop aggressor along with checking JJ also. Not sure I like his check since 98s and T9s are certainly in your range. J63r board would be a different story. I play a bet range in 3b pots OOP strategy so this is foreign territory for me to put him on a hand. JJ is for sure in there, but if you put your hand up against AA/JJ/98s on this specific board, you still have > 51% equity. My plan would be to go with it here.

I like the flop bet. J high board he should check more often but still I think we need a bit protection and we block his continuing draws.
His line looks strong for sure, but I see good players taking this line with bluffs (backdoors with/without overcards that are now flushdraws are good candidates) . Obviously, it will be underbluffed at NL10. JJ/98s are the top hands he can have.
Still, TT is the very top of your range and folding is not even an option. I would just flat the check/raise if you believe he is not capped. The thing is that he should check/shove OTT. He has 7.42$ to start the turn with and the pot is roughly 5$ when you bet.
His size is weird and 3bet is probably ok as you'll have to call any river card.
I also think you'll see overpairs played this way sometimes tbh.

Seems well played. You could check/behind the flop as well on a dry board to keep his range wider, but as played I can't fold middle set on the turn.

I shove sets with no flush scare every time that I can. They rarely lose to better sets.

Can't fold here. Even if you think his range is just slowplayed sets, 77 are still in there if he 3bets light. He could also just be overagressing with some dumb pair and gutshot straight draw that got a flushdraw on the turn. QQ, KK, AA are in there. He's going to show JJ more often than QQ, but he won't show JJ more often than all the other possibilities combined, I think.

Is a option, but we don't have any info of his 3bet stats. If he 3bets a lot in a BTN vs BB situation I wouldn''t mind the 4bet. Sample of 200 is a little small to know this.
