Was this too tight a fold, the opponent had J♦:3♥:.

Holding a flush blocker would help, but Im calling this against a smallish stack. Full-houses are unlikely. SB shouldn't have JJ, AA or 88 in a limped pot vs BTN. JT is the only full he can really have, besides random flushes.
You will also see some Tx hands doing this imo.

Could be, but you don't want to play a big pot out of position against 2 passive players. River is nasty with flush and full houses you lose against, but against a fish I can't find the fold button.

I actually do find the fold button here. I don't see him sitting there with much that you beat. Fish generally aren't very aggressive. We also don't know whether he's really a fish after 24 hands yet, although his line is ... weird. And against better players you're even further behind here. I'm comfortable with letting my cards go. As played.

villain reps a T indeed, but they can easily jam even hands such as T9, TQ, TK. can't fold for this stack depth
