Q654ds is certainly near the bottom of my 3-betting range but it's part of the GTO range in this spot. Villain misplayed every street here I think. Single-suited (unpaired) hands are a poor choice for 4-betting. Blocking an ace is not enough, particular this deep out of position. On the flop I guess he wants to protect his equity and that board certainly hits my 3-betting range as well but I think he should still bet. I happily take the free card of course. His turn play is hard to comprehend.

Another preflop mess where players don't have the hands you expect them to have. Pretty sure I should have folded to the squeeze. I can't recreate this exact scenario in the solver so can only make assumptions. With 100bb stack and only one caller this is a fold but it's close (the solver calls a lot of very similar hands). But here we are 4-way and deep with one of them. One thing is for sure, folding saves you a lot of variance. At least I ended up getting it in "good".

Great hand to squeeze preflop. First decision is whether to bet the flop or not. My hand isn't really good enough to check/raise, I have good blockers to my opponent's stabbing ranges and my hand doesn't really benefit from a free card that much (due to non-nutted runouts). All of these are good reasons to start betting.
I went with full pot to maximise fold equity but looking at it now I think this hand should be in my half-pot/folding range. There are other hands better suited to betting full pot, the very best blockers (such as A♦KKx) for bet/folding and made hands that need the most protection (e.g. ATKJ without diamonds or TT99) for bet/shoving. But even betting full pot with my particular holding I should be folding to a shove from UTG.
On the turn I think it's tough to get called by worse as there aren't many worse flushes in his flop-calling range and his most likely holdings are straight draws or Ax. So I went for a slow-play on both turn and river hoping to induce a bluff. There is very little money behind after he pots the river so better flushes are less of a consideration and I raise instead of just call.

Button should have some board coverage with a mid/low rundown and AA with two wheel cards but should check back a lot on this board. The solver puts my hand in the super nuts category (blocking two board cards, backdoor flush draw) and wants to slowplay. But from my experience players at this level don't react well to being led into on the flop in 3-bet pots so I decided to lead as an exploitative adjustment.
The turn is an interesting card. From a GTO standpoint neither of us should have too many KK in their range. But players over 3-bet them and definitely over-defend them vs 3-bets. I wasn't overly concerned by that or by the river pairing and went for maximum value.

Check flop, call turn is how I would play my 77, 88 and even some JJ hands and blocking the 7 and the 8 heavily reduces his value range. Decided to lead with good equity and (future) blockers and turn the effective nuts.
I also plugged this hand into the solver. It wants to check/call my hand, check raise the same holding with an additional backdoor flush draw but bet/shove some of combos of the same hand with the K high or Q high flush draw as well as lead/fold the combos with a single high spade. Just shows you how fine the margins are and that GTO should only be a guideline. It's impossible to 100% recreate these solver plays at the tables anyway (nor are they always the highest EV play) and much more important to understand the reasons behind it and recognise patterns. As it is, I think leading here is my preferred line in this player pool.

Never actually played higher than PLO50 but I guess this is a good time to give it a go. Maybe I'll be using this thread to post some semi-regular updates.
What is your main resource to improve your game? Monker Solver? PLO Visions? Something else?

I use Monkersolver a lot. For post-game analysis and also to play around with different scenarios to identify patters (such as flop leading ranges vs 3-bettors). Haven't heard of PLO Visions. I've also watched some of Jnandez' videos, particularly the theoretical ones where he breaks down GTO ranges.
