...and finally some hands which were not like ..

Hide your balance and enjoy the game!!
I see, PLO needs a strong mental game :mdr:. Today I had a quick little session but full of action! Well, at least PLO4 was full of action, PLO10 was a bit lame, dancing around break-even, just a couple of bluffs. When you begin with PLO, you realize that many flops, turns and river can really sukk d*ck!
You flopped SUCH a nice hand, the nuts and then ..... the board pairs (and you course
). I am about to learn that you even have to fold the nut-str8 sometimes, hands, that are mostly very good or the stone cold nuts in Holdem, can turn into the second best hand quickly in PLO. But today, I enjoyed my session that much, that I didn´t care. I took about 4 stack and lost about four or five.
I stopped looking at that cause as I wrote in my other blog, I´m just beginning to improve my mental game (which will be very necessary in PLO). Interestingly: I don´t have so much problems in PLO because I know already that variance is just .....brutal, cruel, .... mercyless in that game, especially when you´re just learning it and of course make stupid lines. If I wanna continue with PLO (which I really want), I will have to study a lot (will watch videos)
And now: bring on the action-hands!!
I flush your stack down!

The bed slider? You mean those attachments for the bed of pickup trucks?
Or do you have one of those cute little beds with slides attached to it?
Either way, don't slip! It can be dangerous.

When you slip out with your bed slider it is very clear that you have to pet da pot!
As simple as that!

Yes! When is it and what time?
From what I read from that topic it seems that it tend to start quickly after enough people have shown interest and can start. Time wise there was info about evening time in CET.
Typical Primrose-session
Don´t know how much I won.
But this time it´s not my fault. Played a pretty long PLO-CG session on PLO4 and PLO10 and during my session Titan crashed and I had to restart everything. Titan just froze. And the PT4 just tracked .....something weird. Anyway, was a fun session. Could take 4 stacks at a PLO4-table, another stack at another PLO4-table and one stack at a PLO10 table. Meanwhile I lost a stack at a PLO10 table, got it in with a str8-and-flush draw vs middle set, and on the river ......... the board paired!
On the other hand I had 2 times quads and once it really payed! ![]()
As far as I can see I must have won something like 5€ or 7€ or so. At least my BR is pretty much the same as it was about 3 weeks ago, so some losses from SnG/DON and PLO seem to be back.
The first 2 hours of my session was really annoying: card-dead, bad starting hands, totally missed flops and then my nice combo-draw doesn´t make it. Whoohoo!
Somehow after about 2 or 2,5 hours my luck seemed to turn and I started to hit the boards and take some stacks.

Horrible mess! :f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly:
I lost track over everything. My BR is displayed in $, but I play in €. PT4 doesn´t track properly on iPoker - who knows why? Anyway, I would describe my session as terrible, even though I most have lost only 1 or 2 stacks. On PLO4 it was time for runner-runner - but against me. In PLO10 I had to leave a stack already at the beginning with top set vs naked str8 draw. Then I left half a stack on PLO10 with str8-and-nutflush-draw plus overpair vs two pair, no draw. But I also had some nice hands, had also quads and got even a royal flush. ![]()
Further, it´s rakeback time, I cleared Emerald on Titan and get 25€ rakeback.
PT4 says that I´m one stack down in PLO10.
....I have no idea .....what´s happening here, at least my BR is still there :f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly:
Ipoker has 7,5% rake? Once upon a time they had 6% and that was sick. 20% more than "normal" 5%. Is 7,5% even beatable pre rakeback? I mean if crushers make 10bb/100 on avg. 4% rake, raking 15bb/100 then 7,5% rake would mean they pay 22bb/100 in rake. That 10bb winrate would drop to 3bb/100. Decent 5bb winrate would drop to -2bb.
My advice: stay away from over 5% rake PLO games!

Kyyberi, you are right, rake is brutally high on iPoker that´s why I just cleared Emerald-status got get 25€ rakeback and now took 200 $ and will put them very probably on Unibet?
I play PLO cash and SnGs but the problem on iPoker with SnGs is super low traffic, not only the high rake.

Finally!
Check out Phil Galfond's poker site if you are not in Schleswig-Holstein (I forgot where you live xD)
Nsavov, no, I´m not in Schleswig-Holstein, just use to go for vacation there. ♠_smile:
So, PLO will for use be played on Unibet, and ........?
So how is player pool on run it once (Galfond site) compared to others? Wasn't there at some point concern that site might have more reggy player pool?
