My first time posting in these forums and confused where to put my hands and ask for help, I am just beginning to record my hands and reflect on them later to get better. I read the strategy posts about Equity , Ranges and what not and while I feel like I'm understanding it mostly it seems alot harder to apply it to real games and keep everything into account while going over my own hands I know these 2 hands may be poorly played but would appreciate any help and some advice on where to post future hands as I am trying to grow as a poker player. open to any and all advice.

I wasnt sure what range to put him on pretty new to this whole thing . when i typed in his 3 bet into equilab and calculated on the river I was given correct equity to call but I dont know how accurate those equilab templates are and this was after I was done playing. Is there any good charts for calling ranges? where is the best place to begin learning ranges ive been using equilab after games but i feel like i need a newbie range chart to look at while playing or something. anyways I have another hand below which i know is bad but was wondering if my call was completely terrible with a flush draw + gutshot
