So short I prefer a fold or 3bet shove here. Read less I would go for a fold. It's really tough to hit a decent hand except a flush (draw) and hitting top pair could be tricky with no kicker.

regardless of the hand? Besides the ones that you have to call a shove with in nash.

I think it's a loose call pre. 3bet shove vs UTG range doesn't appeal me either.

Call is fine with suited version versus minraise. Fold offsuit ones though until some K9o or KTo.

Though it's marginal and fold is fine also. Likely pretty close to each other whatever we call or fold. Shove would require reads on loose open range and high fold to 3bets imo.
