Preflop - is it too loose?
OTT If I raise, I can´t fold to re-raise anymore (or can I?), so that would be a reason to raise bigger sizing, right? I didn´t want to scare him away with some pair heavy hand with some J-K high FD so I gave him good price with no impllied odds of course, but that´s too much of holdem logic, right?
If you agree calling is out of question OTT, what´s the right sizing OTT?
