The villain is 36/27/af2.5 11 hands

I don't know what else to do here?

PokerStars - $0.16 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 119.13 BB
SB: 63.19 BB
Hero (BB): 196.25 BB
UTG: 101.5 BB
MP: 110.06 BB
CO: 124.06 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♣ A♥

UTG raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, Hero calls 2 BB

Flop: (9 BB, 3 players) 5♥ 7♥ T♥
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets 13 BB, fold, Hero raises to 193.25 BB and is all-in

Thoughts?

I think the draw is not strong enough.
You were passive pref, you can play your draw passiv postf.

If you want to make a move, I would have tried to make a donk bet OTF. If UTG just calls, you can regulate the sizing with the donk bet. (To your favour, in making it smaller.)

I would consider 3betting pre-flop against a LAG and the unknown on the SB to like 12bb and go from there.
As played it's funky villain is over betting the flop. I would most likely just call. It's really tough to let him fold a hand or you have reads he fold sometimes if he Cbets so much.
