Maniac is 72/45/af2.5 3B:26.3 F3:67 49 hands

He came in and just took the table by storm. He plays crazy wide and crazy aggressive ip.

This is an uncomfortable moment on turn because I know that he will bomb this turn 100% of the time.

I likely have the best hand against his wide range so I just shove. I'm likely ahead and this is easier for me.

I wait until I have a hand against a maniac. TPTK would have been good enough here. But without a pair I would not have tried it.
Since you cannot bluff him off, your shove is for value. And allthough, this might be true, since he can call with flush draws, for me personaly it would be to much chips with Ace high.

I would just wait for the next spot.

Another idea would be calling preflop. If we know he is a maniac and we have absolutly no foldequity, I think calling preflop would be also fine. We can get the money in, post flop anyway if we hit something. Maybe anyone else can say something about this plan?

Thanks. I've played a couple of raised pots already against him. Giving up on one. Calling turn with SD and calling a river bet with AT ace high ip and him having the same hand so we tied. So, we have some dynamics going on already.

hm... that changes it a bit. But I then I would still let him bluff and call down instead of raising by my own I guess.
