villain 17/17 only 13 hands i didnt want villain checking back and seemed like a decent line here and get jammed on any thoughts ? i could 3bet pre chose to call.

I think it's a fold.

I would still check the river as if he was bluffing all the way he may bluff again or just fold.

If he wasn't bluffing and has a pair he may fold anyway as A of diamond is a likely holding with your line

I play on GGpoker even though it says Pokerstars. None of my hand histories will have villain stats.

I would just check/call the river and if you see any value in raising river I would make a check/raise. I don't think you get to much value of waker 2 pair hands with a check/raise and better hands aren't folding.

I wouldn't mind to 3bet AQo ether in a 4 handed poker game pre-flop.
