I think the board is too drawheavy for a cbet 3-handed.
On the river I would rather go for a c/c. There's not much that you beat on the river what would call.

I think flop bet is perfectly fine, since you can put pressure on players on later streets, since their hands doesn´t usually stand turn/river barrels and better than two pair hands mostylya raise flop.

bet river for value. KT would bet turn (when he is on the bu) or lead river (utg+1),a lso utg+1 shoudl bet out with two pair there.
