Villain runs 19/6/2 in 20 hands.

I think he has [99, JJ, AQ, AK, bluff, some wired AA KK] in his range as the given action on river.
I am beat only by mosters on flop decided to slow play. If I make a re-raise, it's not easy to get away from here.
If MP3 has AQ, it's possible for him to call a medium size re-raise.
But if AK, he might just fold.

Is the last river play RRAI, raise/fold, raise/call, or call best?

$0.5/$1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T:c, T:s.
3 folds, MP3 raises to $3, 3 folds, Hero calls $2.00.

Flop: ($6.50) 9:h, J:c, 9:d (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks.

Turn: ($6.50) T:h (2 players)
Hero bets $5.00, MP3 calls $5.00.

River: ($16.50) K:c (2 players)
Hero bets $10.00, MP3 raises to $20, Hero ?

I would go for a big reraise and call a push.

I am simply shoving, that looks the weakest.

DEFinetely shove, look at that board? Its drawy as hell! his minraise indicates either the nuts or second nuts (FH or straight)

His range is much more polarized to KQ, QJ, AQ and ofcourse JJ, KK and maybe T9. You beat 90% of all the combinations combined. Only 4 combinations that beat you, 2*JJ and 2* KK.
