Passive line is fine here as we block villain range so heavily plus 4 and 2 rarely help villain range. So I like flop x-c and on turn I would x-r. If villain has any reasonable draw he is fairly committed but you also don't mind if he folds some equity.

BU would have 4.5 to call for 20 pot so he is actually not getting right pot odds without combo draw or nut fd assuming A is out. Likely still calling flush draws. Likely most of his value range will call also. So only part of his range to give possibly more value with turn x-c is like some sort of Ac5c if it decided to shove river but this line will lose value overall.

Referring to question you made on other hand in this hand I would like turn x-c a lot if flop was rainbow. Reason being that chance of villain having high equity draw would be way lower. Meaning we have less need to protect and villain range is more polarised. Meaning we want to give his low equity hands chance to triple barrel and value hands likely shove river fair amount of time as well.

I would normally Cbet flop as well, but if you want to check it I would check/call flop and turn with the intention to check/shove the river.

As played i will check call this turn and check call river

So when you cbet here, you're really hoping that villain has a draw that he will call you down with? Villain's BTN range does contain some A5-A2 hands and a number of suited  s, but I think a lot more of his range is a complete miss here...

Interesting - thanks for feedback. It's good to see some different thoughts here and consider the pros/cons of each.

Cbet flop, cbet turn, check/raise river is the line i'm taking versus an unknown at 10nl.

Sorry - it seems you misunderstand me. I appreciate everyone's responses and am not disagreeing with the line you (and others) presented. I think there are multiple ways to play this hand correctly, and c-betting is certainly a viable choice. Just trying to discuss it a bit.

usually the EV of all lines (besides folding) is very similar. so it depends on your gameplan:

on a Kxx board you can expect a lot of FE, as you are the range favorite as the aggressor in a 3BP.

so a range bet makes a lot of sense.

when you have a checking game here, i would heavily prefer the XC, XC, XC line as you block TP, increasing the FE even further.
