river trips vs a bet

2 players fold, Hero raises to $0.05, 1 fold, BB calls $0.03

Flop: ($0.11) K 2 9 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.04, BB calls $0.04

Turn: ($0.19) A (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($0.19) 9 (2 players)
BB bets $0.13...?

What do you think villains range is from flop to river here? do you think we should raise? and if so how much?

I think just call river is fine here, as hes gonna have some 1 pairs some bluffs and some better 9 x and some other better stuff.
I dont know how wide hes gonna bet/call with worse hands, and our 9x not good everytime, i would probably ending up just calling.

On NL2 it's always tough to give a unknown a good range, but I don't think it's bad to raise the river for value. Offcourse you get in a tricky spot if villain would 3bet the river.

Ya I did raise the river to like 40c and he called with an ace, forget what his exact hand was I deleted the HH
