Pokamon wrote me I don't think about ranges and odds enough. He is right. I will try better from now on.

My 3bet range here is: JJ+, AQs+, AKo as for value
A3s, A8s,A9s, K9s, KQo, AJo, 54s-76s as a bluff

And I guess the villain's calling range maybe is like:
JJ-66, AQs-ATs, A5s-A4s, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s, 76s, AQo+

Flop comes 3d, As, Kh
It favorites my range much more.
I c-bet small for value, the villain can call with 1/2 of his range, I think:
JJ, QTs+, JTs, AdQd, AhQh, AcQc, KdQd, KsQs, KcQc, AdJd, AhJh, AcJc, KdJd, KsJs, KcJc, AdTd, AhTh, AcTc, KdTd, KsTs, KcTc, Ad5d, Ah5h, Ac5c, Ad4d, Ah4h, Ac4c, AdKs, AdKc, AhKd, AhKs, AhKc, AcKd, AcKs, AdQh, AdQs, AdQc, AhQd, AhQs, AhQc, AcQd, AcQh, AcQs

Turn Qd: helps villain's range so now he can call a bigger bet I think.

Board: 3♦A♠K♥ Q♦
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP3    44.57%  42.55%   2.02% { JJ+, AQs+, A9s-A8s, A3s, K9s, 76s, 65s, 54s, AKo, AJo, KQo }
BU     55.43%  53.42%   2.02% { JJ, AQs-ATs, A5s-A4s, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, AQo+ }

What sizing would you choose to bet on the turn?
I bet 75%

yes. 40-45 is fine. in general you want a big bet left OTR, as you need fold equity for your bluffs.

You can also start with a higher bet on the flop of aroud 20c. Than it's easier to get the money on the river as well.

I think it is so wide range for MP call 3B from BU:
" And I guess the villain's calling range maybe is like:
JJ-66, AQs-ATs, A5s-A4s, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s, 76s, AQo"

I guess MP call 3B from BU something like - TT, JJ, AQso, AKo ...

Turn bet 75% looks OK, i will not expect he has JTs and call 3B and call flop .

Preflop is OK
On flop I bet between 25-30c.
On turn I bet bit over half a pot
On river I may chk behind if 3rd flushcard comes or call anything under potbet. If I know that opponent is fish i use Bet Bet Bet line.
On this limit there is no need to think it harder than it is. If its cooler then be it. Most of the times 2 pair is good here.
