[Closed] Your tips on getting started at Mansion Poker

Before you deposit any money with Mansion make sure (and do this immediately, before you deposit) that you send them ID. If you do not have a photo ID or will have difficultly obtaining one and/or proof of address then don't even consider going to this muppet show because you will have hell of a job getting your money out. The site do not make this clear before depositing.

To be honest if you must go to an IPOKER site then all the other skins offered here are superior.As you might have guessed I still can't identify myself with them to their satisfaction despite the fact that the UK government and over 20 sportsbook and poker rooms are happy with this English 40 year olds photo ID/Proof of address.

My portion of br with them although fairly small ($480ish) is dormant and getting any sense out of their security dept. is somewhat difficult due to the ambiguity of replies they send. Maybe my experience is not typical but just follow the instruction in the first lines of this post and don't deposit unless you can be sure to get your money back out.

I made a mistake going there and I'm sure there are plenty of other threads kicking about here with other peoples problems. Not saying don't go there the bonuses are good just be aware that this site can create problems that don't exist elsewhere.

1. make sure you have valid ID card with photograph + utility bill with your name
2. send them those documents ASAP to avoid spending few days to get your first withdrawal
3. don't believe everything their "support" tell you ♠_evil:
4. don't play TURBO tables in the beginning if you're used to multitabling on some user-friendly site (e.g. Stars)
5. always play during happy hours (Monday 17:45-19:45 GMT)
6. get MiniMaxMode asap your BR can afford it (~20€)
7. don't forget you have to close lobby to get your points updated sometimes ^^
8. never use "Raise any" checkbox
9. don't get upset when you find out how crappy HHs are (there're still worse sites)
10. ALWAYS check how much MCP have you earned at the end of month with online support and ALWAYS SAVE that conversation (they can send it to your email if you check that box)
11. if you find out you have less $$$ than your tracking software says, it's because their software sometimes "forgets" to save first hand at the table

I used my mobile phone bill

mobile phone bill is only rarely accepted in my experience, so I wouldn't gamble on it.. gas, electricity or landline bills are fine

Anyway this POA is a big stupidity because they can see your adrees on your ID card or driving licence ..... for me it worked with mobile phone bill don t know for others

Just stay away from the shit hole and you'll save yourself the hassle

I can cash out and deposit money without sending some ID, I use neteller.

First of all i got a free bankroll from another site for mansion poker before i got here lol and 2 weeks ago i remembered i had this a/c with the 100 pending $ and i have only 1 month left to reach 5k points to keep my 50$ bonus.

After reading the forum about mansion i decided to go and have some chat with the support.

1st issue about the Withdrawal.

They said i just need to send my ID proof with photo etc and i will be able to withdraw.So i just send a bank statement and my identity card scan today still no approval.When i get the approval will tell you.

2nd issue about the bonus.

I dunno if it is the same here than the other site i get the free bankroll but i think it should be the same.

You have 3 month to reach 5k point to keep your initial 50$ this you already know.

But what i asked was about the boost.Each month after reaching a certain amount of point u get a boost in your MCP.So wanted to know whether the boost would release my bonus.

I chat with them and they told me that boost will not release any bonus so you have to get the 10k by yourself this information might be useful to others like me who wanted to exploit the boost system to complete the bonus easier XD!

Another interesting point from my 2 session from the online support.

If you want to withdraw without depositing the only method is by bank tranfer.All the other method will ask you to deposit first.

hi people why dont you just register your credit card of debt card thats proof of address and age simple if youve got one or if yo have not got one just go to the bank and ask for one for free you even dont have to have money in ,:):)

about the documents.

After 3 days i go and ask the support about my docs.

They told me that i should send the back of my ID even if it i blank.

And another proof of address.

The proof of address should be within the last 6 months.

They didn't even mail me to inform me that i had problem with my docs.

So think you always bother the support if after 72hours they don't contact you about your documents.

Why is this?

After sending my docs about 5 times and telling them that in my country no expiry date is present they finally accept my documents *yay*!!!

The most important tips is to always be sure you can withdraw before depositing else you will go on tilt and rage with mansion

Why is this?

Simple: some people don't know what they do and what they're paid for, so it's better this way - you save yourself a lot of time and energy later..

We (me & TheLastNail) had such problem with Mansion 2 months ago and it required SoyCD's help, otherwise we would lose A LOT of money.

Of course, if you're not aiming for 3 or 6 months boosts, it's not so important, but still worth a minute or two per month.

Followed this with interest cause I was gonna withdraw and now I have.

I've never deposited or withdrawn untill recently on Mansion and it seems to have completed from deposit to withdrawl in a few days.
All I did was register a Debit Card deposit 20 ponds as required to be able to withdraw, withdrew instantly and I think it has just gone through to my account after two days in pending withdrawels.

I talked to Mansion's customer service before this and thought I was gonna have a problems. I only wanted to supply two bits of ID, photo's my provisional driver's License and a debit card (front middle 8 digits+back 3 numbers covered) for proof of account i didn't think they would accept this but it initially seems they have.

I just have to check the bank in the morning fingers crossed

i think not, remember to send some document that proves your father is really your father though

sorry to use the same thread for other question, but does anyone know if its possible to deposit just to withdraw and DON'T use the first deposit bonus?(atm I really have no time at all to clear the whole bonus, and i don't wanna get like $50 for the first deposit bonus, but i'd like to withdraw about half the cash i've got on mansion and put it somewhere else, just for security).

I wouldn't waste the opportunity to get free $600 if I were you.. but if you want to, it shouldn't be problem to withdraw at all in my experience. If so, just ask their support to opt-out the bonus offer.

That's why I don't want to use the first deposit bonus right now! (no time atm to grind and clear the whole bonus). I just wanted to deposit to withdraw, and then some other day I'd deposit $600 to use the first deposit bonus! Just wondering if this was possible..
