It's a decent hand HU but you're still not so short, you can fold this one. There's room even for some postflop play with your stack.
I would smooth call here. SB should be raising with practically any two, and you can easily afford a flop.

I'd fold here too but calling isn't that bad. Don't be toooo concerned about position when it's heads up with small stacksizes.
