I don't see much point in shoving. We want to keep weaker in pot and shove is unlikely to achieve that? Well depends how call happy we expect villain to be. I would prefer around half pot which would then leave similar sort of half pot river shove behind.

This would also seem like reasonable candidate to sometimes check to protect checking range if we feel that is necessary.

I am gonna bet big OTT. I see weaker hands to call here like A♦::Jx: K♦::Jx: maybe 87,97,J7. You have Q♦: witch blocks some strong flush combos + the board itself, you block KQ as well. Witch makes it very likely that you have the best hand here.

The problem i see with check is that these hands might be happy to check behind and try to go for a cheaper showdown or just see free river card

Yeah when I look at it now, my hand really blocks that Qx range that likes to flat IP. And I didn't notice that the board blocks strong flushes as well, thanks.

In general in low stakes we need to bet more often to build pots so betting is the way to go as default line here. But with aggro reads this seems like real nice hand to include in check range.

As ghaleon mentioned it depends on reads. Against aggressive fish I'm inclined to xback and induce bluff, but in general I think its better to bet this vs fish - if I remember correctly they are not overbluffing board like this with 4 to straight and I think we can get value from 7 and maybe even 2 pairs sometimes.

You will hate the board with some hands, with which you will bet OTF for value...I think in such a situations, where you have option for check with some hands, you should always choose the check...
The reason is simple..We don't know how often the field will turn to bluff some hand. Do we? Also we don't know much value is losing the check. If any..

50c is already more than enough to get it in on the river. Villain has only $1,44 left on the turn. If you make it 70c villain should shove or fold with his/her stack. I would make it around 45c and shove the river.
