I often see many players on the tournaments whering headsets and listen music and and i am thinking if that is good becose you relax brain or bad becose can make your concentration low, i dont no ? What you listen ?

while playing online I prefer to focus 100% on the game and the players. Live poker is different because you are often sitting around for several minutes between hands, waiting for a hand to finish after you have folded etc. When playing live you should still focus on the opponents - but in major tourneys it is important to be able to 'switch off' and 'switch on' when it is appropriate, you cant stay completely focussed for 12+ hours on end.
Sometimes if you need to continue playing for whatever reason a quick fix can keep you energized and focused. I find if I listen a bit in the middle of a long session I can keep positive for longer.

Sure I listen to music while playing poker. I don't see how can I play w/out the music. I have times when classical music does it, sometimes trance music, reggae music...and so on , depends on the mood. I'm multi-tabling , 9 tables at once, and I don't see how music can be -EV.
Sometimes. But I find that the best music to me ears is the sounds of chips piling into my stack ♠_grin:
