That varies a lot from day to day. But i try to play in the week 45mins in my lunchbreaks.
Evenings and weekends it is more at random, this mainly depends on my fiancée and my 2 dogs.
I looked it up and I play between 12 and 18 total hours per week atm. This is also due to the challenge. After the challenge I will reduce this a bit i guess.

When my account was linked to GGpoker I skyrocketed to gold :sfishg:. So i have no need for that

The 2 options I'm considering at the moment are getting pokertracker 4 or just adding it to the bankroll on GG.

I'm using the free version at the moment. I'm using the 50NL preflop charts on 25 NL. Well I try to use them, my 3bet frequency is way too low at the moment.
I occasionly use the free training mode on GTOwiz. Given the result below, it seems advisable to do it daily from now on

Totally forgot that they have a Free tier subscription. Just checked out the limits - 1 postflop spot / day, 10 hands / day practice and 5 hands / month analyse. I wonder how to use it in this case. I usually start by performing 100-150 practice drills spots (Preflop to the end) for Spin&Go and HU. Then I play the session. After that I upload the whole session in GTOWiz and analyse biggest pots and biggest EV loss spots. Classify them and create a drill if there is no drill exists for me and work another 50-75 hands on that drill.

With free tire limits you can only "taste" this tool, not use it to the fullest.
