You just miss a 50$ + 100$ bankroll it is not the end of the world.

Your ID and proof of address etc was surely already deleted from the database so you have nothing to be worried about.

They could've just told me that if I put wrong birthday information my account is disabled. But they didn't. They asked me to take more pictures, with my face which is a very personal thing.

And they asked me if I can explain why I lied about my birthday. I explained, and I posted the required pictures. But then, a few days later my account got disabled without any explanation.

I've tried really hard to contact you guys, but I didn't get a reply.

I'm sorry for calling you scammers, my bad.

Is there any way I can get the starting capital? I can't open a new account.. since it's ilegal. But I can't use my OLD account, because you disabled it.

Aside from that there is little you can do but reply to their e-mail asking why you were asked for additional pictures if you were going to be banned anyway.. since I don't know the details I can't help you in this case.

One thing I found in the short time I am a member here .. The 50$ are just nothing in comparison to the knowledge you can gain as a member by reading articles and watching videos and also to the comparison of the great community of players here ..

PS. If you really want to play poker just post your own money .. You will play much more disciplined than with "given money"

Everyone else on these forums managed to get their starting capital just fine. One of my friends is having the same issues, with respect to ID etc. (Foolishly I forgot to claim his account as a referral from mine) and he's a bit suspicious about it, but having seen me playing with my starting capital he's less worried (as far as i know :P). It can take some time to get your capital sorted on here but it happens. My question to you would be, Why would people trying to undertake identity theft bother with such a niche market website, when they can just use the plethora of data-mining applications on Facebook, for example?
