In couple of days I'm heading to Rozvadov for the WSOP Circuit festival. It is going to be my most expensive tournament as the Main Event is priced at 1700€. Hopefully one bullet is enough 
After a Sunday grind, I can now assure that this is not going to be my last live tournament of the year..
Only one seat was guaranteed for the event in Edinburgh, and luckily I managed to overcome other 11 players. This year I was already playing in England & Ireland, but I have never been in Scotland. Love first timers 
Talking about first times, I've also never been in Bahamas 
On Sunday I started a qualifier from 120$ and after winning it I got to play the last step for the 10k package. Unfortunately only 3 players showed up and because the tournament ended before the late registration was closed, I was awarded monetary prize instead of the package.
If only somebody came and said: "For you efforts, here is your package to the Paradise"

I find that quite interesting - given that it was only 3 players I guess the lat reg was by far not over. But when do you start all stalling for time when it is still 5 minutes to go? Even as a shorty you have a big interest in making it into the post-late-reg phase.
This was the first time I have played such format satellite, so I didn't know what happens when there is one player standing. Although in this case the Late registration was still above 1 hour mark, so stalling was not that appealing

Got back from WSOP Circuit Rozvadov and it looks like I don't run hot anymore But let's start from the beginning.
It is not very comfortable to travel to Rozvadov, but in the end I found a guy who was going here by car from Lithuania so it took us 14 hours to drive to get there. Once we arrived, my mates jumped into satellites but I was already tired so went to hotel and fell asleep immediately 
Feeling fresh and motivated I started day 1B with big hopes - that was my biggest Buy-in tournament of 1700€, although not that much that I would feel stressed or afraid to make some moves. However, even such a small step in buy-in meant that I couldn't point a weak player at the table and if it was a cash game I would definitely sit-out Nobody was giving away chips and that means you have to take more risky lines and increase variance, which I did when my open from BU was flatted from SB and squeezed from BB. I had around 40BB and decided it is good spot to jam my 6♦:6♥: which was called and held against A♣:K♥:.
Couple of hands later my bet with A♣:K♥: on the flop A♠:K♦:3♠: was faced with a ch/raise from the SB. I made a call and when my opponent continued aggression on the Turned 4♦: I decided to risk it all as the board got even more drawy - with reluctance opponent made a call, but his Q♠:J♠: bricked on safe 4♥:
However, I dropped back almost immediately after this hand:
I found 7♠:7♣: on the Button and opened to 2,2BB size. Very aggressive good Reg 3bet me from the SB to 10BB, having around 50BB stack. I made a call, although solver finds a jam here 1/3 of the time. I called a small cbet on K♦:8♦:4♥:, called once again on J♥: and eventually made a call once 3♠: completed the River. Unfortunately other guy showed set of 8's and my bluffcatcher with 7's was surprised by other players. I knew it was a close decision and the decision of calling and folding was influenced by the fact that my sevens were black and I don't block his possible two flushdraws on the Turn
Soon the day ended and I had average stack which I held around the middle of day 2. Until this hand..
And they say it only happens on PokerStars Flop was the numbers, King made me happy for 5 seconds but Ace sent to the rails.
My next stop is UKIPT Edinburg in 10 days. I have a seat for Main Event 1100 pounds, but I'm thinking about 2200 pounds HighRoller event. Never played that so I'm interested if the playing level is much higher or the field is the same like in the Main event. If anybody has played such, drop a comment

Some time since my last update, had intense schedule of live poker. And it seems like those trips will follow me till the end of the year.That means at least my first goal will be completed easily, but what about the rest? Let's take a look 
1. Visit 8 countries, at least 1 of them new to me
January - Krakow, Poland (non poker)
February - FPT Paris
March - PokerStars Eureka, Rozvadov
April - Irish Open
June - Summer Festival Malta
September - UKIPT London
October - WSOPc Rozvadov
October - UKIPT Edinburgh
I will start with my last trip in Edinburgh for UKIPT Pokerstars event. First time for me in Scotland, it was raining all the time non stop, but can't complain too much as once more I had a deep run in the main event. Finished day 1 with average stack, my position was 13th from 32 remaining so I had a good chance for a nice score. I was still hanging in the middle until my final hand arrived With 18BB I found J♣:J♦: on the Button and decided to limp this hand hoping for the aggression from the blinds. But they both decided to see a cheap flop which came 8♣:7♦:3♠:. SB made a half pot lead, BB called and after some considerations I shoved my remaining stack as there are plenty of bad Turn cards against two opponents. SB tanked for couple of minutes and made a call, while BB reluctantly folded his hand. I was in great shape against K♣:8♥:, but King on the Turn forced me to leave the tournament in 18th place
This counts as my 8th trip of the year, but there will be some more. Last Sunday I won two packages for big events, but unfortunately they happen on the same dates in different continents
After discussing with both operators, it was Natural8 that allowed me to cash-in the package for 10k€ so this Sunday I'm heading to Las Vegas The package lasts until November 12th, but I am really considering extending my stay for one more week as Formula-1 comes to Las Vegas the week after. That would be cherry on the cake for sure

After 44 weeks, the figure is 251 hours. Naturally with increased time of Live events, the less is left for studying. It's also more difficult to keep track of those hours and I'm pretty sure some of those are not "included" in my diary.
7. Foster our Homestead
The Homestead slowly comes into sleeping mode, so we are not going to be frequent guests until spring. The watermelons needed couple of more sunny weeks, next year we will have to start seeding them sooner. And many more flora as well
8. Reach 50k XPoints on French Duolingo
On track for reaching points and maintaining the streak
9. Finish in Top3 with Top Kickers reserve team, both in Winter and Summer seasons
Unfortunately we couldn't maintain our lead, but 2nd place is still good result. League's journalist predicted that we will be relegated this season, so we finished much above expectations. And for one thing he was right - we won't be playing in the same division next season

Well, first opportunity to become a coach by final tabling in Las Vegas failed. Also failed to reach ITM, with 159 players getting paid, guess who bubbled the event, sharing 160-161 place 🫠 Had a rough start from the beginning, dropping to 10 BB in the middle of The first day. But then in couple of orbits I doubled up three times by QQ>AK, AQ>AJ, AK>QQ. And when I kad a chance to finish The day with a huge stack, my luck drained out. I opened middle position with TT, only Kitty Kuo defended her blind. She donked on 755 flop, I raised and called her Allin once she jamed. I was in good shape against K7, but King on the River flashbacked me Edinburgh, where I recently busted in a very similar situation. I still had some chips left, managed to raise again and finished the day with 30BB stack. 250 players got through multiple first days, only 159 got paid, so there was still plenty of work to do on day2. However, next day nothing worked for me from the beginning. Once the bubble phase hit, I was down to 5BB and had to overcome another 2 players to mincash. But.. in 3 orbits all The shortstacks doubled up, all 12 times when they went Allins. So many miracle River cards, that I started to doubt If I can make it. Indeed, once I was forced to put my last Big blind, my A7 was outdrawn by KJ, reminding me how cruel poker can sometimes be. Tough pillow to swallow, but fingers crosswd I can get that USA flag in side Events. And Hopefully no Phil Hellmuth on my direct left as it was the case on half of my Day1 here in Main Event 🙈

Still in Las Vegas, today is The official start of Formula1 weekend with opening ceremony in couple of hours. Must be a huge show, will try to take my eyes on it 😎
As for poker, after unsuccessful tournaments, I decided to play some cash games. So far it looks like plenty of soft tables, hopefully they keep the same till my end of journey 🃏
