Nl10 BSS grinder. Last month was a disaster and im still going down. Dont know what to do. Help please! PS: I am following BRM and have to go to NL5 now that im sub-$250.

Hi,
Yeah i gave it a go for a week but it was too swingy, ate away at my bankroll (the blinds, auto-rebuys) and i couldnt make a profit. The amount of times my QQ was against AA was ridicoulous. Im so annoyed. I did everything right, i followed BRM, grinded from 0$ to $660, made a blog, analysed pt3 for leaks but this downswing just doesnt want to end.

The following helps me when I am in a downswing (sadly, they are part of poker, always):
Don't think about the money you had before, but think about the money you have currently. This bank is your new starting point and all hands before are sealed in the past.
Also:
Post some hands! Working on your game will always be profitable.
When I am in a downswing, i give myself a loss-stop constraint, also known as the stop-loss.
I give myself 3 buy-ins to lose, than i quit for the day, its really helpful.
