Hi Tupeeh, I just found your blog.

Nice to see that you have some athletic hobbies as well. Do you have any specific goals for fitness, or maybe swimming in particular, which you mentioned? I like to do a couple of fitness challenges on my own blog too.

How is the non-smoking going?

Hi! Just won two tournaments. Got now 2/150 trophie.

My fitness goal is to do 50/100 pushups and abdominal muscle movement in one day by end of The year. Have not goal for swimming. Just trying to get more meters every swimming practice.

Now running cash games too to find my winrate with zoom games.

Congrats on the tourney winnings! :f_thumbsup:

I'm currently on the home stretch of a 100 pushups challenge myself. I'm following this program, maybe you would find it useful too. I started on Christmas Day, being able to do about 15-20 pushups, and I had to repeat a few weeks and also skip one or two due to sickness. This week, I made a failed attempt at the 100 reps, being able to do 72 of them, so I am repeating the final week once again and will hopefully be able to wrap up the program next weekend.

For our abdominal workout, me and my co-host on the blog are doing a 5 Minute Plank challenge instead. We should have two more weeks to go if all goes well. I also have one of those ab wheels at home, but I am focusing on the plank right now:

Are you mostly doing front crawl swimming, or all kinds of strokes? I am currently trying to go for 800 meters of continuous front crawling, and later 1 km. For the 800 meters, I am mostly trying to finish them with a time below 19:15 minutes, which is the cutoff point for Gold in the German Sports Badge, which I intend to do again this year. That time should be quite achievable with non-stop front crawling.

Good luck with the Zoom games, but try not to get overwhelmed with them. It can be tempting to load up several tables to go for big volume, but quality is almost always better than quantity.

Good luck with you're blog and quit smoking. I never started smoking, but it must be tough to do :gl:
Nice you started with a nice start in 2 tournaments.
