A first deposit bonus has a 90 day limit to clear, after that the reminder is lost. I'm only playing on NL5 and don't want to waste the bonus.
Is there a relation between the bonus and the fish points to help me estimate what bonus I can expect to realistically clear within my limits? Edit: I found these details on the GGPoker website:
Bonus cash is released at a rate of $1 for every $5 paid in net rake/tournament fees
and
Players will receive up to 100 Fish Points (FPs) for every $1 paid in rake/fees
Based on this it looks like clearing $50 of bonus requires me to earn $250 of rake, which is at least 25.000 fish points. Last week I reached plankton rank for the first time ever, at 750 points in 7 days. Most weeks I have around 500-600 points earned. 25.000 points would take me over 33 weeks, which is over 233 days...
Based on these calculations, the rate seems extremely slow, or are my calculations incorrect?
