Hi, I've currently got my account tracked at PartyPoker and PacificPoker, but I got a freeroll at PokerStars and was wondering how I can get my PokerStars account tracked too? I've entered it in several times but it doesn't seem to work. account name is gedwashere91

It's not possible to re-track pokerstars.

What do you mean?

If you already have a pokerstars account, It is not possible to re-track (gain PS points from that account)

To get track to a site you need to put the promotion code PSVIP for most of the room.

If you already registered with a poker room without entering the promotion code of poker strategy you won't be able to be tracked by PS in this particular room.

Where can I see in which rooms you can be tracked without the code? And in which room it is mandatory to put the code?

All the info re required codes and tracking accounts to PS.com should be found via this page.

Hello guys,

In general all accounts need to be created via our codes in order for you to be able to receive StrategyPoints with them. You can find the codes here: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/online-poker-rooms/

Some Poker Rooms allow you to re-track your accounts or create new ones that are tracked through us. These rooms are an exception though as it is generally not possible.

You can check the download guides of the individual rooms for details on whether they allow re-tracking or not: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/online-poker-rooms/

For PokerStars it is sadly not possible to receive points with accounts not created through our codes.

Best regards
