It was possible to check the "passed quiz" users in the past. Unfortunately it is not availabe anymore in our new system.

I'd say it's the ID check that brings headache to most of the people that don't recieve the strating capital.

Most of my friends are put off by the heavy ID check ... Taking/studying for the quiz is already enough of a hassle to go through, but they've all managed to do that. but when they find out it takes a ton of time to get the starting capital plus the extensive ID check ... they just decide "fuck it"
And can't blame 'em I guess ... It is heavy duty shit
