Sup guys

tried to do it, with no luck.

Blinds killed my ass.

If there are any winning SH SS players - can you please post your BB and SB overall winrate ? and which stakes do you play?

There are not much tables on my level of play >NL200 however there are loads of tables on 6-max tables which makes me think again about migrating my ass over there.

Cheers :)

Well if it is beatable then you need new starting hand chart. If you play only 6% hands it cant be profitable

WAT

Im not playing 6%.

And that was not the question, but thanks for the reply anyway.

I was saying - profitable SS SH players - post your SB and BB overall winrate please :)

lol don't call me a fish.. the only fish here are SSS players who sit down at a SH table, look at their starting hand chart... get eaten by the blinds... get 0 action by the regs.. come here and ask... ey? why am I not making any profits on SH?

Guess what.. we know your starting hand chart by heart. Your just wasting space.

Oh and stealing BB and SB.... gee now your breaking even and we don't really take too long to figure out your stealing.

Re-stealing our raises.... ah right.. you goto do it 5x to make a BI... you will lose one much quicker then that.

Look no offense but seriously... stay to your FR tables.. you just might make some money there.

But yeah you can still try.. I heard some players are doing it already.

Well...

Ummm...

WAT

I dont think 2/4 and 3/6 players uses starting hand chart, at least I know Im not.

And eventually it all comes down in one simple question:

Whats your winrate

Playing BS doesnt mean winning more.

If you read or watch the vids about SSS you would know that the system doesnt' work for tables with less than 7 players.

terrible thread.

There is no such thing as "the system".

its only for beginners so that they wont do all the common mistakes.

When you move up to NL100\NL200 "The system" would not work.
You'd need modifications and adjustments.

oh cmoon people, he is askign simple Q , dont come here telling him it wont work because it can work, SSS (adv ... dont htink I am talking about basic one please) is all about playing ur opp. range ...
so just answer this guy his Q and dont come to flame here

Thanks dude!

Of course I refer to those of you guys who play short handed tables so Big stack and beginners SS players - please try to avoid unnecessary comments.

you need to open up your range if you want to make it profitable, notice that BS on 6man will be playing a completely different game than BS at 9man..i'd stick to 9man SSS though for the best profit

Thanks man.

I wasnt looking for that answer though.

I'd appreciate if you could guys please read the first post:

You wonder why noone is posting stats? Maybe it's cause barely anyone plays SSS at SH tables at those stakes and shows a profit. If you deviate too far from the charts and recommended playing styles, it is no longer SSS but just shortstack play.

Why do you what to know the win rate from the sb and bb it will be negative as it always will be no matter what strategy you employ

he means BB/100 hands for sure

Since playing SH tables meaning you profit less from MP, BB&SB winrate are the most important positions.

The blinds are the most important positions in what way? You think you are going to have a positive win rate from the blinds?

The button is the most important position for BSS and i would also think for SSS.

BSS players are also going to have a larger win rate overall than a SSS player.

I am pretty sure i read something here how some guys in other communities play SSS successfully on SH tables but are unwilling to give out the strategy. If i was you i would sit down for a day and work it out, download pokerstove and crunch a lot of numbers and alot of resteal ranges because you are going to have to do the work yourself. Either that or datamine a guy that is already doing it successfully and analyse his game.

I don't think they play SSS. More of a hybrid SSS/BSS/

One 'winning' SS player on SH table said stats about 18/16 can work, I'm sure table selection is key.

Besides, it is way more profitable to buy in with a full stack SH :f_cool:

As for my preference, most SS players on SH tables are awful. They want to play the higher limit with less money because they want a quick double up. Bring em on.
