Depends on the shortstack, some are very fishy, some are proper players using the tight aggressive SSS. This latter sort you should be wary off if they decide to play fullstacked because they might actually know what they are doing. If you're confident though you may likely be able to find holes in their postflop game.
Don't see why they would shove 100BB with weak pairs though.
maybe some shortstacks can answer the question how they feel about their 100bb game

Like DaPhunk said, it depends on the type of player and their competency level and reason why they were short, e.g. did they buyin short or were they big but lost a whole load.
To be honest, I would expect most shorties playing a solid sss game to just leave the table next big blind and set up with a short stack on another table.
