I'd really appreciate some clarification in this manner. As I have no Idea what wrong I committed with regards to "abusing bonuses", some explanation may certainly save me headaches in the future with other poker rooms.

I was suspended about a month ago, and have asked for clarification from the operations department three times, and each time I received a reply that did not explain the reason for my suspension.

If you can help me understand what happened, I'd really appreciate it.

Hands that called a river bet but mucked at showdown are not currently written to the hand history, but are viewable in the hand replayer.

Is it possible to get these also written to the hand history?

Hi , I would really like if the "," symbol on NUMpad could be used for decimal notation, it would make my life so much easier.
This way my hand needs to travel all the way to "." symbol which is distance of 20-25 cm.
I think that's just not right. ^^

I had no problems with my first cashout. Only trick was that I had to deposit first to get an option to cashout to Moneybookers...

yes, thats the thing I will at first cash out (or at least try ♦ ) to my bank accoutn and then if everything goes smoothly create moneybookers and grind on many other sites ♦

You should be. They are trying to deny my second cash-out by claiming that I haven't wagered enough for my "bonus" even though it's a pure deposit->win->withdrawal.
