Hello, first forum post here. I'm a fairly new player (not familiar with all the terms, etc) so go easy on me ![]()
I've been reading articles & watching videos but I don't think I've come across an answer to this. I occasionally see people betting 3 times the big blind and I'm not sure what to do in those situations. I know min-raising is showing weakness, maybe on a draw hand and raising to 4 times big blind (+1 for every limper) is standard but I'm confused on what 3 BB could mean... is it a strong hand that's being raised or maybe some medium hand (maybe low Ax?) that they're hoping to steal the blinds with?
