This is kind of tricky, but I think you have to call. Villain might have an A, K, or J-high flush, but he might also have something stupid like a set or a straight. Of course this is due to my impression of most PLO10 players,... a reasonable player either has the nuts or is on a bluff.

hmm close one, I think he shows up with A♦x:diamond:xx an important amount of the time here. this is a very weird/stupid way of playing a set though so I think we can neglect them from his range. All we beat are bluffs,wheel,some worse flushes. he could be playing 345x , 34Ax , 34xx,35xx,45xx with diamonds calling the flop with a gutshot and turning FD (which either worse or better would shove river). also Axxx with worse diamonds.

You don't need to win that often to call profitably so I guess it's ok here. if the flop was A♥2♥9♦ having a FD busted It's a snap call though.
