Wow. I put him on set or flushdraw, more often FD. I like raise here and call a shove, if he only calls, i bet big nonheart and shove nonheart river.

There is no easy tournament online (offline to) so you cant always wait for better spots...

you got TPTK and the chance he made a flush is very very VERY small.
most of the players like to c/r with really strong hands.
so i dont give him a flush in that spot.
he might have twopair (but which twopair is possible ??? Q7???)
if he got a set, wouldnt he c/r with it ?
so his most likely holding here is TP or a flushdraw !
against both hnds you are ahead and you have to protect against flushdraws.
so the first option is to just call IP and see what happens on the turn.
if a blank hits and he bets again you can raise or call / if a heart comes and he bets you can fold. if he checks you bet.
2nd option: you raise / call. this is the stronger way to play the hand, but it has more variance in it. depending on his agression so far i would do it like this:
if he is passive : call and reevaluate on the turn
if he is agressive: raise to protect your hand AND for value.
