the elephant is working, importing hands and providing analysis.. but the stats don't display.I play on ftp, have elephant licence code and use Elephant 0.69.62.31.
Any advice?

Open elephant-> Settings-> HUD settings-> Options-> at general settings check the activate hud box.....and they should appear! Hope helps!
Hi Zemnieks11 i'm having the same problem as the OP and i have checked my HUD settings and the activate HUD box has a tick in it!! Any other suggestions??

What kind of game are you playing exactly and on which poker room.
Please keep in mind that the Elephant does not support Sng/MTT/Turney (for now).

I play NL10 FR and SH at Full Tilt. When I had the trial version it was working. I tried the HEM trial and switched back when I received the license and now the HUD doesn't work.

Please update to the version 0.70 from here: http://elephant.pokerstrategy.com/ . We have done some fixes on EUR/GBP tables and on FT tables where ante has to be payed...
Please remove the 0.69 version and install the new one. You have to reimport the missing hands.
It should work now.

hi,
updated 0.70, checked hand history paths, histories are saved in english, both of the poker client and elephant are running as admin, elephant is importing hand histories, but there is still no hud.
I play 0.05/0.10 6 max on ftp and I am a vista user.
Maybe a dump question, but I have to ask: Do you get duplicates when importing? What where the stats exactly? You could also post the log file content (from the Help->Show log file).
Do you have to pay ante at the table?
If nothing works: Can you please send the original hand history to elephant (at) pokerstrategy.com, so that I can try the import and hud at my machine? Please refer to this thread in your mail.

Just open your favorite mail client and add the hand history as attachment. Use the elephant(at)pokerstrategy.com as email address but exchange (at) with the @ sign.

OK, The "errors" in your file arent errors: Its just the information, that the existing old parser will be used. So far I cant see any problems in your hands.
Can you check that you have the player name erdalzeneger added in the player list in your portal settings for full tilt poker? If the player is missing there -> Please add it.
