first of all welcome to the English community, im sure you will enjoy it second i would like to ask you, what do u find attractive in poker being a woman? usually man are attracted because of the competitive nature of the game, the money of course, and not at the end the joy and please it gives you when you stack the fishes ♠_grin:

To make the answer simple: I'm really competative myself ♦ The money is a bit of an attraction aswell ofcourse and... I dont know, I've always been a bit tomboyish. I used to play FPS-games before I started playing poker too for example.

Poker is the only thing that I feel passionate about, it's the only thing I know for sure that I love doing. I just love it

Anyways for the 5$ MTT: I got knocked out on 3rd place after calling in BB vs SB with 88, to his ATC pushes. I was up against A5s and he flopped a flushdraw that hit on the turn and there I go.

Couldnt be more disappointed right now, even tho I won like 220$ I just... bah. Feel so so so dissappointed.

A big thnx to Sonic who tried to keep me calm on the finaltable though.

Dont be dissapointed, you made correct call, it will pay off again in the future..
I know that feeling tho, when u know if the luck wouldnt betray you, you would end up winning even more..

I feel a bit better today about the whole thing. I mean after all I've been on 3 final tables in 2 weeks, having finnished 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
I should be proud of that instead of disappointed.

Besides, I still have a rather nice position in the player ranking tournaments for that matter too.

So... I just need to find my motivation back to keep up the playing atm
Not the easiest thing to do but hey, I'll do my best.

Just keep playing. I don't understand why you're so dissapointed with three final tables in two weeks. That's a great result!!!!

Dont get me wrong, I know that's really nice but it's just a combination of running bad on the CG-tables and stuff...

I drifted away in dreams just now for a while... I saw another girl (a dutch girl) had won a liveevent package to the PCA at the carribean...

And wow, I so wanna go too! I'm actually considering to give it a shot, even though my bankroll doesnt really allow it I dont know.. Wouldnt hurt it alot either. It would be a risc I might be willing to take in order to win that package. I dont know.... I'll be thinking abou it for a few more days and then we'll see.
