If the reward is so little than just don't bother with it and use ur own money to play.

At the end, the 50$ is the least this site offers ..

dont get me wrong peeps this is great for people to start out, but some of the things that i have read just seem a little over the top, like him scanning accross his ID and then they ask for a picture of him holding his ID .. i mean come on.. seriously ..

but if however this does work and they payout i will start reffering people, but i just have to be sure this is not one of those sites that offer you stuff and dont pay .. maybe its just me.. but i have ran into a few of these in my time .. lol

if it wasnt the real person.. pokerstars or the other platform would pick up on it and they wouldnt get their cash anyways.. so these people would just be wasting their time ..

I got my first AND second $50 starting capital with no serious hassles. A photocopy of a passport is not a big deal really, and yes, I've made more than $50 by grinding my own money using much of the material here.

how do you get a second $50 starting capitol?

It was a special promotion, a few months back. I guess, since I wasn't playing any poker after blowing through the first $50, they wanted to get me going again. So they picked me out of a hat or something, and I got another $50.

That got me addicted to poker again

Now I'm borderline profitable!!

33julian33 i laughed when i read this post. I have been having such problems with Jeff, have sent i dont know how many mails that have basically been ignored. The starting capital is awesome but i agree the uneccesary missions that you have to go through to recieve the starting capital is hardly worth it. You follow the steps and are then told to do one thing and then another, they should just provide all info when you sign up so people know what is required.

I received my capital without any issues. I referred four friends, so far only two of the four has been asked for photo ID check..

But I see that some people not wanting to go through with it, because neither of those friends wanted to provide it.

I don't really see what the big deal is, but I'm kind of lax about these things too. I got myself on a junk mail (my home address) list for a bunch of gambling sites because I signed up to a site through a junk e-mail

On the contrary, PokerStrategy made me let my guard down! This site is so legit, that I figured "what have I got to lose by trying the other sites?!"

Well, actually, not much really. I get a cd-rom for some silly casino site about once a month or so, so max, about 15 seconds sorting through my mail.

So again, why are people paranoid?

You raise very valid issues there and it always pays to do everything to protect your identity etc, especially when dealing online.

Your right, you should only provide ID once you have checked and are confident that the site in question is legit.

If some people really object to providing ID verification, then they can always deposit their own funds in the poker platform. The ID verification is primarily there for the free starting capital, but PokerStrategy reserve the right to ask as part of the terms and conditions of application of course.

i had the same problem but didnt get such a kind response as you they told me i failed in my id check dunno how you can fail with a uk passport and a uk photocard driving license.im 34 years old lol and to boot they just deleted my account wtf is that about .

I got the same problem as you.

I signed up, passed quiz, sent my passport, got the phone call

And then few days later I got the same message from support team

I'm so unpleasant what i've made effort for nothing

No problems with pokerstrategy.com. 50$ received within 48h, questions asked in a timely manner.
If you're not getting the bonus is very likely in my opinion that you are doing something wrong. No disrespect intended.
