When will the problem with names containing special characters be addressed? Players with names contain special characters are not "seen" by Elephant.

Hi,
Which Elephant version are you using? This should be fixed in version 0.71 (See Elephant blog entry http://elephant.pokerstrategy.com/Sprint_Completion_Update )

Actually, still no luck. I've updated to the newest version, but the names with special characters in Poker Stars still don't show up.
