Villain

My first thought pre flop was to Squeeze but decided not to due to OR's stacksize.

Then postflop I would have thought he likely bets his better pairs on flop so I can Check Back and try and Showdown my hand calling a bluff on turn if required.

Turn I am now giving him OC's but on River I spazz out and fold for some reason thinking he's just being tricky with Tx, or better Pair than me. Easy Call river?

I agree with you that he is unlikely to have JJ+, as i think he'd bet the flop. If you are very confident he could make the river bet with OC's or smaller pairs then calling is fine but i don't mind the fold.

I actually think if i had TT or AT i'd play it exactly the same as the villain played this hand.

to me it is easy b/f on the flop, since I don´t think he would play his bluffs stronger and you should protect your hand on the flop which is likely ahead
since his line doesn´t make sense I´d call him down. If you know he would play TT/AT that way then fold river is ok
