Obv you can most of the time, unless he's really weak-tight postflop, but that's rare. I bet 5$ on turn.

against a superpassive player I like to bet close to 5$ on the turn, cuz this is good card for his range ( GS + pair / fdraw ) bet/fold ofcourse

on river I like to bet smaller and get value from Qx and Tx
