This had is standard , you cant 3bet him to 3 times he raise because you would have to put more the half of your stack, so going all in is the best play here.

Well you can't call because if everybody overcalls behind you you're suddenly 4-way with a crappy position in a hugely bloated pot and with KK that still is vulnerable in a multiway hand. Since we're not folding either ever, we have to 4-bet.
That being said, the truth is it's incredibly hard for you to get paid off in that spot, if he has AK/QQ+ he's already decided he's not folding, if he's squeezing crap he's already decided he's folding. If he has some medium strength hand like TT-JJ/AQs, you want to take the line that encourages those hands to go broke the more often, but there is no real way to know whether a small 4-bet or a shove will look stronger to him at that point. Maybe most people will love to put you on AK if you just shove so you can get calls from TT-JJ.
