i just called 3bet all in with kings on the bubble and he had 10 9o
i floped a set with AKJ and bam turn was a Q!! river was 3 and i busted
Altough the bad beats have not ceased, I have noticed the same thing happening to other players at the tables. Most of the time pocket aces go all in, a hand like 26o gets two pair or trips, and wins. Pocket kings too, are often accompanied by an ace on board. Earlier on I did not notice it on a such large scale.

Try playing 30 tables at once sometime, you will see a looooooooooooooot of things
It is still hard for me to understand what the f*ck is going on.
Todays statistics:
AA - 3 times, lost 2 of them, got the blinds with the third.
KK - 2 times, lost 1, with FOUR all-in callers, got a small portion of chips with the second.
This is maybe where I am somewhat at fault myself:
Was one place left to money in 3 SNGs. Pushed to steal from tight opponents (every single one of them). One got KK, one QQ and the last JJ.
Another tournament, during which the best hand I held was 22, and got knocket out when pushed my A8s all in by an q2o, who called and hit.
Another. Had 88, hit a set. Then three way raising began. Turned out one poor guy had jacks, which he did not improve on, and another had tens and hit a set.
Yet another tournament. Had played very tight. Lost an AK vs 22 who called my all in-reraise. Did an rebuy and had barely any playable hands, but lasted somewhat longer by stealing a few times when there was no raising before me. And oh, there was. Haven't seen such loose tables for a long time. Finally when I got a playable hand, I run into aces.
But on the bright side. Was playing a Heads Up match, put my A3s (diamonds) all in, and got called by AJs (spades). The board came:
[Th 7s 4h Ks] [3h] and I went to win that one. Not that it affected me much, as the prize was only a fraction of what basically was stolen from me.
One more thing I have noticed. When I win, it is almost always because I suck out on someone. i.e AKs vs AA gets a flush or straight. And when I lose, well then I lose with THE best hand. And usually it is the latter.
I don't expect variance to be so huge, that for a week or so (when I judge to have improved my play to become a winning player) I win constantly with, or without bad beats, and now it is downhill all day, all night long.
I prefer to call it perversion, not variance. Variance is something normal and logical. This is not.
Nobody owes you anything. You don't deserve anything. You are not entitled to anything. It's a cold, heartless world. Nobody cares about you or watches over you. Get this into your head - the earlier the better. Then the frustration and suffering will go away as the illusions you had about the world dissipates. Rip your heart out of your chest if that's what's needed to make yourself stop feeling emotions.
Do whatever is required to become a better poker player with every hand you choose to play and with every hand you don't. Determine yourself to never care about making money but making the right decision in every hand and every street. Don't ever care about winning or losing but making the right decision.
Go to your bathroom mirror, smash it and shout "I CAN!". Do it now!
