on a double paired unscary board, you should always bet your pair. he would have probably raised the king or the T on the turn. so too often he has just a high. bet/call i play vs unknown. reason is that he might have peeled loosely on the flop and hit his backdoordraw on the turn, that he missed on the river. Hands like Q9 J9 QJ AQ. against unknown bet/call first.
