business plans still in progress. atm, we have some issues with the austrian financial regulatory authorithies. we need to solve this key problem, then my first business could go online.

both:
- take it easy and "carpe diem" - life is too short anyway, just make the best of it :f_cool:
- my life plan: make some 7digit $$$$ by being poker pro and then start my investmentbanking/trading/business man/golf pro ( )/rule-the-world - career. get a wife, make some children and live until 2084.

plo50 also doesnt rly count. once u play 400+, u will respect variance much more

back to today's topic: fl hu .... so is it better then for me to just play 5/10+ to avoid sick rake? edge might be low , but im learning and adapting fast.

I dont think it makes sense for you to play lower than 5/10 :) If you can handle the swings (lets say, 200BB) its a pretty nice game to play and you can easily learn/adapt while playing.

LOL .. Marek?!

yup, now u got my swing i c, damn, so happy my ended already. wish u all the best, that it ends soon too.. let there be those 50k months ;)

btw: u played FL to produce even more rake? :P

today funny thing happened, on NL1k blind battle i flopped the nuts , 78 on 456ss board, when sb cbetted i raised , he reraised and i was logged out.. after i came back i ve seen (due to disconnect protection even! (1 of those very few tabs)) that i was against A7s and he hit his flush on turn.. well.. so a setup, but thx to disconnection i managed to save almost 1k$ finally its coming back all those discos from the past that were costly.

since TT is posting so many hands actually i will also, but just a few:

this is how i enjoy poker in 2 ways:

1st:

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $4(BB) Replayer
SB ($401)
BB ($1,343)
UTG ($509)
Hero ($549)
BTN ($476)

Dealt to Hero T♣ Q♣

fold, Hero raises to $14, fold, fold, BB raises to $48, Hero calls $34

FLOP ($98) 7♥ K♥ 9♠

BB bets $73.50, Hero calls $73.50

TURN ($245) 7♥ K♥ 9♠ 5♣

BB bets $104, Hero raises to $428 (AI), BB folds

Hero shows T♣ Q♣

Hero wins $450

in these kind of situations i feel i made the right play. i am hoping my read was correct, but am a nervous not to get called, thinking abt if i timebanked the same as with strong etc.. the final result is a joy together with relief ofc.

2nd:

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $4(BB) Replayer
Hero ($826)
BB ($80)
UTG ($136)
UTG+1 ($425)
CO ($404)
BTN ($90)

Dealt to Hero A♠ T♦

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to $8, Hero raises to $24, fold, BTN raises to $90 (AI), Hero calls $66

FLOP ($184) 3♦ 6♠ 8♦

TURN ($184) 3♦ 6♠ 8♦ 7♥

RIVER ($184) 3♦ 6♠ 8♦ 7♥ T♣

BTN shows A♦ K♦
(Pre 74%, Flop 88.3%, Turn 86.4%)

Hero shows A♠ T♦
(Pre 26%, Flop 11.7%, Turn 13.6%)

Hero wins $181

yup! lets play the shortstackers! when i see i am up vs hand which dominates me i am literally screaming for the card to come. When it does, i punch the air hard and sometimes have to take a break just to masturbate from pure delirium i experience!

--->all ssers die! :spade:

no comment ;) what limit are u talking abt? 0.5/1?

LOL. My upper statement proven to be true _evil:
If you play 0.5/1, the rake is much bigger, so the rakeback is bigger too compared to winrate.

I play 2/4 to 5/10. RB at about 0,6-0,75 BB/100 if you play enaugh, and the WR much much bigger especially in HU. Even in full-ring or SH WR of 3 times the RB is doable on 2/4 and 3/6 (probably not on 5/10, but hey, HU is great there).

Talking about the sites with normal rake (Stars, FTP). Playing FL low stakes on other sites is throwing money out of the window.

lol just saw a post in wildbeans thread .. need to quote it, i was laughing bigtime

Yesterday I had my first private coaching, with none other than TwiceT himself. I watched some videos of his, I think they were session reviews. I really liked what he had to say, and from the responses in his coaching feedback thread he seemed to have the kind of information I wanted..

He made me do a couple of really sneaky moves, and after I raked in the $$$ he would explain to me why I did that. It all made great sense, and I remember parts of it.

I think the surprising things were when never to fold preflop, when never to not bet. I think I folded 93s on the button once while he was telling me what a nice hand there was to raise, and I folded it and he started shouting at me, as if he absolutely couldn't believe what had just happened. I'm still laughing about it. I must have looked like a big fish. But now I won't fold it again.

lol, why just parts of it ?

muhahahah, folding otb is rly overrated when we have a gigantic edge. bu = powerrrrrr. use the power and bring tha moniiez home. (ofc, on higher limits its not that easy cuz opponents know how to counter it. but 100 and 200 we can do whatever we want otb)

So funny ! I've had the same thing for my first sweat session with him haha !

I had something like K725 rainbow on the BTN, had already ticked "fold" and then he said "Hey ! What are you doing !? You were first in and you folded that nut !"

I was so surprised and thought he was making a silly joke to be honest, but then I realized he wasn't :f_biggrin:

wow this is getting so much into a pokerfield, what an unfoldment form how the blog started.

@all: i will never post any hands vs good regulars esp on NL1k+ here, so no bragging there as TT does, just will post the 50k graph in the end i guess just dont want other ppl to get into my head too much.

back to serious business: yesterday i went with a friend in Komarno, the mosquito town, into a students disco.. fuh.. what happened was 1 superhorny bitch started to dance with me in the time i barely could stand on my feet (home wine+a lot of beer rly killed me totally) , taking my hands on her... or at least willing to do it, but i left as a nice moral guy. victoryyy!

btw: u should all come in here some day.. prices in the club: 1 wine+ 1 small and 1 big beer for 2.80€!!! /its alltogether yea

now u prolly can understand i had some serious probs coming back home. I spent 3 hours walking through the town to get some fresh air to my lungs.. in the end didnt help much... i still feel tipsy a lot. no pokah today :)
