Because we'd like to know your preference regarding specific poker rooms. When evaluating results, we will take into account, that they're in fact iPoker skins sharing the same data format.

it is likely but not definite.
Of course we'll take the whole results and the preferences of the community into account, but they're not the only factors.
On a side note, I'd like to point your attention to this blog post.
