Hey AC.. FYI you only have until 10 March to clear your FDB in order to claim the Fast $50 bonus.

So with that sort of volume required, if you do clear the FDB in ten days you get a boku87 achievement badge.

Hey, thanks both of you guys for the kind words Waiboy, do you know anything about the Iron Man promo ? Seems like I can reach the Iron Man status very easily, but what is the point ? Also do you think it makes sense for me to join the Academy (I only play the superturbo SNGs)?

Join the academy anyways.

There are a few challenegs you can do that require SNG play, and you can repeat them over and over again
like 10 times or something. They give you Academy points which you can buy bonuses with like Iron man
medals can buy cash bonuses so can academy points or you can do what I did and just buy FTP points with
them.

Also for FTP you MUST sign up with the cardrunners/stox thing because your volume will get you full access
by your first month of play. There are piles of videos there on everything including SNGs, and it is just a huge
value for free.

The only warning I give you is expect to be tilted to all hell if you need support for something.
They take days to get back to me and usually its with a canned response and its not what I
even mailed them about.

With the volume you want to play there, it is possible for you to be "investigated" and they just
lock your account with the funds in it and do not respond to emails for days. Most of the legit
people I read about this happening to on 2+2 get their money back but with little or no explanation
and after waiting a rediculous amount of time to even hear the account being locked for an investigation
is the reason they can not log on.

Sorry for the long post but you asked for Full Tilt Advice.

Just do not put your whole roll on there in case you get pegged and then you have nothing to play with.
I may sound paranoid but go check 2+2, it happens to grinders ALOT, especially multi tablers who put
in alot of volume. Be very careful of what programs you have open.

Agree with 897 on the Academy and the CR/Stox advice. The Academy costs nothing but gives a little extra. Further, if you decide to play some other variants for tilt relief you can get some value out of them completing the challenges.

I'm still a little cool on the Ironman promo... but I guess it's a case of you can't expect exceptional VIP programs AND rakeback AND low rake. The Ironman will give you a little extra on top of the 27% RB, plus it seems they have a mid year/end of year bonus credited based on your Ironman status during the year (eg they credit a bonus = $75 per month you were at Gold, so if you were Gold for 6 months in January you got an end of year bonus of $450 and 6 weeks to clear it).

As far as I'm concerned, low rake + rakeback = .

As for customer support I've had no real reason to contact them for anything major to this point so I have no comment, other than there can be wider issues involved in complaints about accounts being locked - at least in the 2+2 threads I've trawled. As long as you're playing within the ToS I think you should be okay, and if you are investigated you should have no problems. Still, keeping your roll split makes good sense in general.

Thank all of you guys for the feedbkack, I kind of like FullTilt, the acadamy is fun, also the new environment, but I actually hate the SuperTurbos .. I am kind of tired of mindlessly grinding sick volumes and just push-folding all the way ..Obviously I started with a downswing and am like 30BI under EV already, so basically the first deposit bonus is keeping me in the green

So I thought I will get back to playing cash games (NL SH BSS) which I actually started poker with .. So I figured lets start from the very botton and opened like 4 tables of NL5 and found out I am pretty much enjoying the fact that I can think about the hands, use the HUD, take some time, go to the toilet if I want The first day I was 5 stacks under all-in EV but it did not really matter much to me as I liked it so much ..

Basically I will probably try to improve my game and climb up the limits, not really hurrying anywhere and try to just think a lot and do not play automatic poker to which I am used to from SNGs ..

I would really love to see your comment on my stats so far or any advice on getting better and also the stats to look at and be aware of ..

Firstly, the samplesize is very small, so it makes it hard to comment.

But I see you have a gap between your VPIP and PRF that troubles me a bit... make sure you dont call to much, and dont limp if you're doing that. (overlimping can however be okay)

second, loosen up a bit from the CO/BU and tighten up from the SB. You wanna play hands in position, and not oop (like on the SB). You seem to be calling alot from the SB which is something we dont really want to. There are a couple of reasons... 1) we have to play oop postflop with is very hard 2) we have no initiative and have no idea about where we stand which is gonna make it hard to take down pots postflop 3) even if we hit it's gonna be hard to get anything out of the hand.

There are probably more reasons but those are just for starters And yea, it's hard to say much more without having seen you play... I would suggest you look at some videos (from Hasenbraten) for example.

Make sure you post some hands in the handevaluationforums and join coachings! There is always alot to work on, and those are great ways to find out leaks and to improve your game in general.

Thank you a lot for your feedback, I really appreciate it as I would like to start on creating good habits right away on the complete micros, like playing SB vs BB is a bad habit from SNGs where you pretty much push like any two (no postflop problems with position ♦ ) .. I definitely played too passively preflop, thats also a bad habit from the past and I am going to try to change it a lot

It has been a very long time since I have posted here in this blog (like 1,5 years I guess) so I would like to once again contribute into this great community, and this seems like a very good time to let those of you who remember me / are interested know a bit.

PokerStars introduced a nice promo (you only need 10% VPP to get VIP statuses), so I figured it is a fine time to have a little fun and play some cards again However, I decided not to play SNGs, but try something I have never done before -> become an aggro donk in SH NHLE So, there you have me, the 3-bet monster ♦ I hate to agree, I spew a ton, but it is a lot of fun BTW, I apologise if I sucked out on any of you in the process
