3.3R on PS
12 left i loose 1/3 of mine stack 1 orbit before this with AK<QQ, avg stack i think was 3,5m-4m

action:
there was frequently 3 betting goin on i was doing it a lot and 4 betting too...
guy in BB was siting out for 1 hour or so++ he just sit back in 1-2 orbits before this (i dont know did he got connection trouble or he was just taking a bath ), he played 1 maybe 2 hands before this open raising then shoving flop and 1 hand i think he just shove (no showdown)
this was standard open raising at this level on this table, either u still BB or u'll get 3 bet if u open in late pos

i thought for a moment to open shove this hand but i didn't do that hoping that SB will 3bet me and i'll 4bet shove over him, my plan was 4 bet shove SB if he 3bet, if he 3bet shoves i might call 50/50, but if BB shoves my plan was to call

thoughts? what do u think is better play open shoving (u can take blinds with this size open raise, raising size imo is not problem)? is calling BB shove bad?

it depends on the table and your opponents. you had aggresive one so i want to openshove this and max. my fe. on more passive tables i prefer to raise ~ 240k like you and fold if somebody shoves because i know that nobody do it with crappy hands.

i dont like to raise/call in this situation, i dont like to play 60/40 max when i can take blinds without showdown.

btw, what a bad luck that you didnt split in this hand... X(

but if BB shoves my plan was to call :f_confused:

yea 60/40 in best scenario, guess my call sucks i should have folded when BB shoves

but
- is open shoving best play here,
- or raise/4bet shove ( I was expecting that SB will 3 bet me fair amount of time 50/50 thats why i open raise it, ( otherwise in normal situation without any reads i'll go for a shove in this spot i had BB covered and i have 1/4 of SB stack so i have decent FEQ if i shove, but i guess mine goal wasnt just to steal blinds ), he actually thought for some time to 3bet me imo and then he change his mind and folded, and then bb insta shove that i find as a sigh that he dont want to be called,.... but any way vs any random hand im getting 60/40 at it best so i guess that was bad call considering the risk i'm taking.... plan didnt work up, next hand please)
- or raise fold if some1 shoves

better then open shoving first in in this spot??

btw i dont think that u should just open fold this hand,

i think
raise/4bet shove = raise/fold if SB or BB shoves>> open shove

can i afford to fold in this spot, and if i fold should i next time when i play some hand just shove it first in, i'll have like 1,6m (12-13 BB) left if i fold

some alternative play
raising on BTN to 2/5 of ur stack (like 5 -7BB in this case) and calling a shove - like saying to blinds i'm not going any way if u shove, u cant push me out of this hand i'm putting whole stack in, how do u like ur chances vs mine range?, but i guess in this scenario u can only pick up the blinds... :f_confused:

thoughts?

the best play here is openshoving to max. fe and nothing else. :) of course somebody might wake up with the better hand, its normal...

i

usually i dont like openshoving here with M=7,6
this stacksize is just slightly too big to ship it first in.
but at a very agressive table, with alot of 3bettings shoving is much better then 3bet/call.
so at this special table shoving should be better

dont like 3bet/call because you are at best 60/40 but most of the time you are dominated by 55+ or Ax so i dont really like 3bet/call here.

better to shove

as played fold to his shove and keep on shoving first in with next hands.
