The poker site gives it to you if you dont make a deposit straight away. Must be there way of enticing you to play.

As for the $50 if you've done everything correctly it usually takes a few days to go through.

Get in touch with pokerstars support and check with them that your pokerstars account and poker strategy account are both linked.
